1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of delivery
to request a return or refund.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused and in original condition
– The item must be in its original packaging
– Proof of purchase must be provided

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

– Your order details
– Reason for return
– Photos of the product if damaged

4. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected,
we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed
within 7-14 business days.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that are damaged due to misuse or
normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

6. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
EU customers have the right to withdraw from
a purchase within 14 days without giving any
reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
